Returns & Exchanges Policy

At VARIC, a brand owned and operated by its parent company Malakars Clothing, we take pride in the premium quality of our streetwear. To ensure we continue providing the best service to our community, we have updated our exchange policy:

  • No Returns, Exchange Only: We do not accept returns we only allow for an exchange of the product if the criteria are met.

  • Exchange Criteria: Exchanges are strictly limited to cases of a manufacturing defect or a size mismatch where the delivered size differs from the ordered size.

  • Refund Exception: A refund will only be processed if the specific product requested for exchange is out of stock and cannot be replaced. if any refund is approved we will credit the refund within 10 days.

  • Timeframe: All exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the delivery.

  • Exchanged Product: Exchange Product will be delivered with in 7 to 10 days.
  • Condition of Item: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original VARIC tags still attached to be eligible for an exchange.

3. Time Limit

  • Any request for an exchange due to size mismatch or a defective product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After this 2-day window, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.

How to request an exchange:

Please contact our support team at hellovaric.in@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos of the defect or the size tag mismatch. We will guide you through the process to ensure you get the perfect fit as soon as possible.
